Rygin King is still on the journey back to recovery after being paralysed two years from a severe firearm attack.
The well known Montego Bay dancehall entertainer was shot and seriously injured in Struie district, Westmoreland, another male was also shot and injured and a woman that was present in the vehicle with him was killed.
The deceased was identified as Sashalee Blackwood, a 28-year old, customer service representative of Irwin Meadows, St James.
Rygin King had to undergo immediate surgery at the Savanna-la-Mar Hospital.
He is currently paralyzed but believes that he will walk again.
He states that the pandemic (covid-19) affected his social life, but he still earned money and pay his bills through massive streaming numbers.
The entertainer announces that he has a new album that will be released very soon and the name of the album “Therapy”.
